This is me during folds. Seriously…I have the tightest hamstrings there can be. But yet, I still do yoga…and I’m a yoga teacher!
I like to tell my students about my hamstring troubles, because so many yoga students (particularly yoga newbies) think you MUST be flexible to do yoga. I’ve said it a million times and I’ll say it again: you do not have to be flexible to do yoga.
